How do I place an order?

Shopping at Tiny Stoon is easy and secure! Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

- Choose your currency.

- Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Buy now button from product detail page.

- You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.

- Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the prompts to check out.

You will receive an email confirming your order that indicates your order number. If you are having trouble, please go to Contact Us page for our contact details and a customer service will get in touch with you asap.

How can I pay for my order?

Tiny Stoon accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal checkout as a form of payment online. There is no surchage for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing adress and telephone number (i.e. the adress and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Default currency is in US Dollar.

I'd like to modify or cancel my order

All orders are custom produced, and we only offer changes if the product is not shipped. Once shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

I'd like to return or refund my order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. And we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To return your product, click here to contact us for instruction and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How long it will take to process my order?

After your order is placed, typical processing time is about 2-3 business days but sometimes can take up to 4 days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification through your e-mail that includes tracking information.

How can I get a tracking number or check my order status?

If you have set up an account with Tiny Stoon, you can sign in to check your order status. If you do not have an account, you can simply click hereto go to tracking order page or go to the bottom of the home page and lick Track Order for your order status.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For T-Shirts:

We generally make sure to process your order within 2 business days.

Total estimate time including printing, quality check and shipping is:
- USA & Canada 5-7 business days
- Europe 7-9 business days

For other products:

All shipping duration are approximate and varies for each country. For United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and most Europe orders are typically processed and delivered within 12 to 25 days and for all other international orders, transit will take an additional 3 to 6 weeks.
